Super cute halter from Urban Outfitters. Ties at the neck and in the back (open back). Light purple tie-dye pattern. Very 90s/Y2K. Perfect for going out, a festival, or just to mix up a casual look! Hard to get good pics because of the cut, but let me know if you want to see more details! In great condition -- only wore a few times.
