I’m going to be 70 so I’m sure they are over a hundred plus years old My grandmothers father was a priest from Italy who came to America when he left the church and was still a young man and we grew up with many religions artifacts in our home They are just sitting on my closet shelf sadly and I would like them to live in a home that would honor them more than my closet

pepperly19 @riskaybusiness Thank you I read it and oddly enough the deacon who wrote the article was from providence Rhode Island where I was born My first store was on south Main Street very very cool area of providence and back in my twenties it was full of jazz clubs and restaurants very nice places to shop Brown university Rhode Island school of design were in walking distance and the east side of providence was full of beautiful mansions

pepperly19 Really enjoyed providence I would go to lunch at the Italian American club and federal hill was full of Italian restaurants Pastry and cheese store small unique businesses nothing like today The area was ALL Italian and the street was painted red white and green down the middle started from a golden pineapple encased in ironwork as you entered federal hill You went there to drink expresso and eat Italian food pastries pizza with black olives and anchovies giant square boxes
