Light blue/off white Pacsun ripped mom jeans. Size 24

I bought these last summer. Only worn a few times. They are too small. The rips in them are bigger than when I bought them. But they would be perfect for someone who likes the more ripped jean look or with fishnet stockings underneath would be super cute!
