Light blue with flower designs peplum blouse

Mind code brand size large light blue, white, and black striped with flower designs and zipper down the entire front peplum top. Small defect in upper right area that was there when I bought it but hardly noticable I forget it's there. This top is gorgeous it just doesn't fit me anymore.
