Light blue tulle ball gown prom dress

Gorgeous Cinderella-Esque prom dress, has a top layer of tool for extra oomph. Some of the rhinestones and beads are a little loose from the thread and there are a couple of grass stains on the very bottom of the dress because I wore flats, these are pictures above, but overall in good condition, would recommend for a size 2 or 4. I had a B/C cup when I wore this.
