Light blue, short, fun party dress, size medium

This dress has only been worn once. It is a very pretty light blue with a tie waist in a flowing skirt, the dress zips up the back, and has a plunging neckline. It is a size medium, and in excellent condition. The designers size chart is included in the photos.
