Light blue or lavender shower slides/ Slippers size 43 (10)

there are new with tags. I think they are periwinkle, my husband thinks they are light blue. not totally positive. pretty color though. size says 43 with a 10 sticker on top of it but Google calls it a 9? I'm not really sure but is labeled as 43.
