Light blue bustier sweetheart sleeveless dress

This light blue and pink rose floral mini dress is the cutest! It's sleeveless with a sweetheart/bustier type of bodice, at the very top hem it has an elastic band to help stay on. It has a zipper and clamp on the back, both in perfect condition this dress just doesn't fit me anymore. 😂😅
