Worn twice. This beautiful dress is light blue underneath with a purple mesh top layer that has ornate silver beading and sequins at the bottom. The dress also has a silver sarin sash that has a clear rhinestone belt buckle and ties into a bow in the back. Strapless heart-shaped neckline with gathers of the mesh on the bust.
