@dhaynal Hi! laying flat the top is 13inches accross but it very stretchy so can be stretched to 20 inches if needed.
Top to bottom laying flat approx 15inches but keep in mind depending on how low or high you wear the shirt the length can change 😊 added pics, hope this is what you needed. if not let me know
