Light blue Cinderella-style formal, size 2

This is a stunning formal prom dress in a beautiful baby blue color. Ties up beautifully in the back and zips. Toole overlay. Has built in support in chest area. Dress does not have brand tag inside, just size tag. I bought this from a friend of a friend and believe it may be a sample dress as there are A few spots on the inside where it’s not sewn on an edge but doesn’t affect anything from the outside or how it’s worn.
