Light blue Bebe dress with silver studs

Light blue Bebe dress with silver studs. Very stretchy and hugs every curve just right. Definitely one of my favorites. Worn twice. I had a spray tan on when I wore it so it rubbed off just a little bit, but was able to get most of it out, not even noticeable.
