Light blouse to elbows white/blue/red

Light thin blouse that plunges by boob with button closure. Sleeves are flowy and come to elbow length. The back is a little longer than the front. I wore a black bra underneath and was not noticeable. Fabric is 💯 polyester. Worn once for a baby shower! Make an offer :)
