Light and Sound Witch!

The Cackling Witch is 5 1/2" tall and activates with motion or light. It is made of a durable plastic and still in great shape. When activated it makes a long cackling sound and lights up in different flashing colors for approximately 10 to 12 seconds. Even though it it says the battery is best by 2021, the switch still works just as good as the day she was given to me a few years ago. Still has original tag
