Light and Breezy spaghetti strap blue & black top

Double layered light and airy top has a black and blue pattern on the top layer which is over a solid black layer. There’s a little sprinkle of green throughout as well. The top layer dips low under the arms but the black layer is cut normal. Isn’t see through so you can wear it without a bra!
