Light Mint Green Sleevless Maxi Dress with Pleats

Forever 21 polyester dress with elastic waist. See picture for measurement. When stretched, it’s about 19 inches laying flat. When purchased it already had the red makeup stain on the INSIDE of the left shoulder. Never used it. Besides this stain it’s brand new with no tag. Washed it once to make sure it’s ready for shipping.
