Express Portofino blouse is the best blouse you'll ever wear. It is very comfortable, beautiful and versatile. The sleeves can be worn long or at elbow length when cuffed up. It is easy to dress up for the office or you can pair with a skirt or jeans for a night out. The V-neck is also great for accentuating the neck area.
