Light Blue off the shoulder dress.

This cute little dress features an off the shoulder top, that has an elastic band on the top, to fit all sizes of shoulders. There is a zipper in the back. The bust cover is see through, but the off the shoulder part covers,/9 it is not too revealing. I originally bought it for Easter last year. I am sad to see this one go, but it no longer fits me.
