Light Blue dress blouse

Light blue rayon/silk like dress blouse with beautiful beading and rhinestone at collar and for buttons. Flounce short sleeve. New with tags. Tag indicates an XXL.. but as you can see from tags...not American sizing. Underarm chest measurement 18" acr. 24" shoulder to hem. I would say it fits much like a Medium as it fits me and I am typically a Med.
