Light Blue Low Block Heels with Ankle Strap Size 10.5

Bought these handmade from a Turkish Etsy shop, but realized they were the wrong size for me! They are a 10.5 in US, but a 42 EU. They definitely fit true to a size 10.5. They have a 1" heel. I only wore them to try them on once around my house, so they're in mint condition still. :)
