Light Blue Hand Decorated Hand Painted Art Glass Sea Glass Necklace

Very pretty light blue art glass sea glass necklace. I am not an expert on sea glass, but I think that is what the beads are. I assume they were hand decorated because there are no dots in the designs. Approximate measurements: As photographed: 12-5/8". From end to end: 25-3/4". Condition: Excellent, ready to wear.
