This top is super light weight and breathable when working out. It does have a slit in the front that allows you to so as little to as much skin as possible. It also has stitching along the hands to allow your thumbs to go through and have almost like a glove that covers your palms. It also has a small cut out in the back of the top to show some skin as well. Has been worn but again no damage. It is a little see through if you have a darker bra.
