Light Blue Floral flowy long-sleeve Dress

This dress is great to dress up or down! Perfect for summer weddings or even work functions. Hits right above the knee for me and i am 5'6'". Holes for a belt if desired, but you can barely see the holes, I never wore a belt and it looks great without. Light blue, pink roses and tiny yellow flowers. Fully lined with shear long sleeves (bell sleeves). Keyhole back closure. Waist has elastic. Length: 32 inches (from neck). Sleeve length 25 inches
