Light Blue Cameo and Ruby Necklace/Brooch Bow SS

This is a cool antique style cameo pendant/brooch on a silver tone twisted chain that I purchased separately. The pendant is great quality, and can be worn as a pin or used as a pendant like I have it here. There is a small red stone above the cameo, which is a light blue color. The pendant is sterling silver The chain measures 18” The pendant measures 1.75”
