Light Blue Altar'd State Dress - Size Large

Light blue mini dress. Perfect for summer! Purchased for a wedding, but never worn and is new with tags. There is a very small snag on the left side of the skirt shown in photos, but otherwise in perfect condition. Size Large, but in my opinion runs a tad small New with tags. Very small snag in skirt.
