ctinninis Hi there. They sent you the wrong color and then wouldn’t let you return it for the color you ordered? I’m surprised. For the cost, I thought their customer service would be better than that!!

lilyjma @ctinninis I know ! I have been quite frustrated actually - the brand and the mats are so expensive so I expected better customer service. The one that they sent me is also cheaper than the one I paid for, so I'm a bit frustrated. That being said, i hope someone can love this color !

ctinninis @lilyjma wow. I have a one now and didnt have issues so no reason to contact their service. But I have a friend who bought one and it started peeling about a month later. They wouldn’t replace it. I practice w her and she is very diligent about cleaning and caring for her mat so I doubt it’s her error. So that and now this is kinda scary. I don’t get it. Seems straight forward if you bought one and received a different one. Ps I love this color actually.
