Life in Progress Forever 21 Black Skinny Jeans

These are super soft, cute, and have a vintage velvet flower pattern all over. In the close up of the tags and zipper at the ankles you can see the pattern better {pics 3&4}. I bought these in the wrong size accidentally as a gift and was not allowed to return them because I didn't have the receipt anymore. So they are never worn; only tried on.
