Licensed Disney Little Mermaid dress

Adorable Ariel mini A line dress from Hot Topic. High neckline sits at collar bone and fits snug to waist. Seam at waist accentuates hourglass shape before flaring into gathered A line skirt which cuts off above the knee. Shades of blue are accented with vibrant reddish pink draping seaweed and the skirt is emblazoned with the image of The Little Mermaid dreaming of her prince. There is a small stain on the skirt. Fabric is sturdy and stretchy and lined. Tag says small it is true to size but can reasonably fit a small medium as well
