Rare Vintage 1990’s Littlearth PA ATL7496 license plate purse-Cyclone style. Bottle cap snap closure is a Pittsburgh beer cap. Lined. Hubcap ends. Detachable crossbody 50 inch strap made from recycled inner tube. Little Earth Productions “LEP” recycles inner tubes, tires, license plates, bottle caps, all types of material to make their famous purses, bags, belts, compacts, photo albums, etc. The red reflector is a mirror compact. Mirror has aging damage.
