Liberty of London for Target Floral Blouse

This adorable, frilly, retro-print blouse is made of a soft 100% polyester fabric by Liberty of London for Target. The print features a 1960s-inspired, lush multi-color floral print against a white background. The blouse is sleeveless and has a triple-layered ruffle around the entire neckline in the front and back. There is a fabric-covered button at the top of the front neckline with a keyhole space below it. This blouse is in excellent used condition with no flaws anywhere that I can find.
