Triple layer of ruffles along neckline in front & back. 100% Polyester. 》pit to pit: 19" 》length: 21" from center top of back to bottom hem 》condition: fair to good pre-loved condition. The only spot I found wasnon the inside of neckline. Other areas are of the underside of the fabric showing through, and a small pull in front that's barely noticable.
