Liberty black cotton dress

Adorable for summer, Liberty for Target black cotton dress, embroidered detail on one side, baby-doll shape, adjustable straps. 100%voile cotton with lining (also cotton) with a flounce. Super cute but doesn’t fit me! Just under bust it’s 16” across, length from center bust is 28” (i.e. length down to the lining flounce which extends below the dress). Bust itself is kind of small, I’d say you have to be a B size or smaller to fit :-) no tears, holes, flaws or odors (including NO synthetic detergent odors) From a pet-free, smoke-free home.
