Please Note: The tag reads 42 but when I measured these shorts they were a 38. This is without stretching any part of the elastic on the sides. The elastic has minimal stretch. See the last photo for additional measurements. Up for your consideration is a pair of Liberty Blues men's shorts. Pre-owned and in good condition. There is a tiny slub that I have shown in a photo.
