We draped this ruffle skirt in-house for the perfect fit, flounce and volume. The pattern is from Liberty (British print house that's been known for its mood-lifting florals since 1875) and was first created for them over 20 years ago. If you look closely, you'll see that it's a colorful mix of buttercups, forget-me-nots and roses. In excellent, gently worn condition. Sits at waist. Falls to knee. Please see measurements.
