Super cute navy blue and green rugby striped t-shirt dress from Libertine for Target Collection. Comfy fit, perfect with some sneakers and a Jean jacket for spring! Elastic around arms and keyhole button closure on back. Button is broken but still closes or is easily replaced. Only worn a couple times in EUC.
