Lia Sophia signed Kiam Family necklace teardrop pendant, enamel and rhinestones

This is a Lia Sophia Kiam Family necklace pendant in matte gold-tone with coral enamel and clear crystals/rhinestones on a double chain. Has a vintage look, although I’m not sure what year this came out. Chain measures 20 inches plus a 3 inch extender. Pendant is detachable and measures 1 3/4 inches long, about 7/8 inch at widest. Has a Kiam Family metal brand tag near lobster claw clasp. Condition is pre-owned, with wear on back of pendant (see pictures) but enamel is very good and all rhinestones are intact.
