One side has the logo and the other side has an open pocket. The fabric is nylon and very clean inside and outside!!!!  Logo outside the bag. Silver hardware. Two top zippered sections.  One has 3 deep pockets and 2 pen holders. Gently pre-owned with light signs of wear on the bottom corners but this bag still looks great and has LOTS of great wear left!
