Levi’s summer top with on-shoulder cap sleeves and tie waist

Blue and white stripe lightweight 100%cotton summer top. This top has sweet ruffles around neck and shoulders. Ties at waist on left side. Item is labeled Large, but I am a size 4/6 so it’s not a traditional large for women…labeled for Junior size.
