Levi’s gold tab 90s vintage high rise fabric ruffle mom jean shorts 26” waist

Brand: Levi’s, Women’s size: unknown, see measurements for fit. Measurements: waist flat: 13”, hip flat: 20”, rise: 12.5”, inseam: 4.5” not including ruffle. Rare gold tab high rise 90s mom jean shorts. They have a muted floral fabric stitched in around the leg openings. I’m not sure if this is by design, or if someone added the detail themselves, but it is well done. They have a pleat at the front. In great shape for their age, there are two faintly visible red marks near the left leg opening on the front. No other damage or stains. No stretch, so likely 100% cotton. No size tag or fabric tag present.
