Levi's Women's Top size 1X

This is a new, with tags Levi's women's top in a size 1X. This is in excellent condition. The measurements laying flat armpit to armpit is 19", the waist laying flat is 17-1/2", shoulder to hem is 24" and from the armpit to hem is 16". This is a lime green color with white stripes and I do think it runs small in size.
