Please note that elastic has been professionally added to the back of the waist. These are super high waist jeans and have no stretch, so this does add comfort when wearing and helps fit the jeans to your curves so they stay put, nice and high! However if the elastic is not for you, it would be easy to open the inside seams where it was added and take it out. Waist is 33" fully stretched. 12" rise. Inseam about 28".
