Levi's Relaxed Fit Dark Blue Jeans

Vintage Levi’s Orange Tag jeans (see below for orange tag info). Wider leg, front pleat, great pockets. No size indicated but fit appropriately like a 28. See the white fading on belt loop front and back. Could be men’s jeans but fit like women’s. Groovy jeans! From a vintage jeans website: “Everyone has a favourite and this one is mine! In the 1960s Levis wanted to differentiate other kinds of Levi’s from the standard 501s. It was the birth of their ‘fashion denim’ - Shirts, jeans hats, flares and boot cuts. The design team of Levi's Orange Tab, got to be more experimental, changing the silhouettes and stepping out of the stringent requirements put behind red tab clothing. Early Orange Tabs do not have care labels inside as that wasn't enforced by US law until 1971, so be on the lookout for the care labels as that will make the difference between the 60s and a 1970s and newer Levi's Orange Tab.”
