Levi’s Plaid Puffed Sleeve Cropped Top

Levi’s “The Statement Blouse” - this is a truly fabulous top complete with puffed sleeves, a plaid design, and a cropped style. Since it has adjustable pull ties in the front, I think it can be flattering on every figure - everyone can get the fit they want! The back is also shirred, so the top has some stretch to it.
