It says 27 but fits more like a 26, because of the cut. Excellent condition. 100% cotton. Flat measurements: nearly 24in long, Thigh nearly 18in, Hips 17 1/2in, waist 14in, split in front 9 1/4 in, at bottom 16 1/2 in.
