Levi's Navy Corduroy Vest sz Kid 16/ Womens S

Looking to remote this corduroy. I have always been in love with the vest, bought this thinking to replace my long lost childhood favorite but it just sits in my closet. Please take it out into the light! I am a womens 6 and it fits fine, tag says size 16 so I am guessing its a kids size! Tear on one pocket pictured, as is.
