"Our most versatile skinny-fit jean, the Mid Rise Skinny Jean is cut with a democratic mid-rise waist and a 13 ¾" leg opening. Designed to give and stretch in all the right places and quickly recover to its original flattering shape."
The material has some give to it, so I think they have some stretch to them. It doesn't say "stretch" though...
