Levi’s High Waisted Cut Off Jean Shorts

Semi vintage maybe y2k. Partially distressed Waist says 33 inches but definitely smaller in my opinion since they’re 100% cotton with no stretch. Tagging as a 30 because I think that’s more accurate! Please see measurements: Flat waist is 16 inches across Rise is 10 1/2 inches Inseam is about 3 inches
