@thoughtoutlaw it does have a slight amount of stretch. Sorry- I work out of town so I’ll have to ask my husband to do measurements.

Laid flat measurements- across front- Bust is 19.5 inches, bottom band is 21 inches.
Bust when stretched is 20.5-21 inches.
