Levis 515 bootcut jeans, light wash size 14, stretchy

Pretty pair of 515 boot cut Levi’s jeans, light wash with the following measurements: Waist (flat un stretched) 18.5 inches Rise 10 inches Waist to bottom of leg - 41.5 I am pretty sure that they are size 14 but I am not sure (please see tag in photos) the jeans have quite a bit of stretch (see photos for fabric composition) but the rise is just awkward on me so I don’t wear them enough to keep them in my closet. I hope I can pass them on to someone who likes mid rise pants and will wear them more than me.
