Hello. Can you clarify what the reflection tape is? Sorry I am unaware of what it is or does. It’s only one leg and is made like that by the manufacturer? (Levi’s)?

@soothingaloee hi! Yes, it was specific to this style of Levi's. It's part of the "commuter" style of jeans, essentially targeted to bikers and cyclists. the reflective tape is for when rolling that pant leg it reflects to lights shined on it, like car lights, as a safety measure. They also made this style tougher for those types of situations.
